Kreindler
& Kreindler is investigating an incident involving a 59-year-old woman
who was pulled from the water after falling from a cruise ship about 10 miles
off Cape Ann Friday night, September 11, 2015. The U.S. Coast Guard launched a
massive search after receiving a call at about 7 p.m. that a woman had fallen

Boston Whaler with emergency medical service personnel on board, at
approximately 8:30 p.m. off Rockport.
According
to news sources, the FBI is now investigating the fatal cruise ship overboard
