Faulty Tire May be Cause of Fatal Greyhound Bus Crash
Attorneys
Kreindler has filed a lawsuit against Greyhound Lines, Inc. arising from a tragic bus crash near Elizabethtown, NY, in the Adirondack Mountains. A bus traveling from Albany, NY, to Montreal, Canada, on Interstate 87 lost control and slammed through a guardrail, flipping several times as it rolled down a deep gully. The bus’s driver and four passengers were killed in the crash, while numerous other passengers were seriously injured. Kreindler’s investigation will focus on a damaged tire that Greyhound maintenance inspectors failed to notice or correct, but we are also considering operational negligence and design flaws that may have contributed to this terrible accident.
Noah Kushlefsky and Megan Benett are prosecuting the action.
