About

Kreindler’s longtime position as “The Leader in Aviation Accident Law” can be traced back to 1952 when Lee S. Kreindler proved that a malfunctioning propeller on a National Airlines DC-6 caused a crash, which killed 35 people. It was the first plaintiffs' personal injury of its kind, and the jury awarded what was at that time the highest award ever in an airline crash lawsuit. Today, almost 70 years later, Kreindler partners have been lead counsel or co-lead counsel in almost every major aviation accident case.

Kreindler is proud to support Memorial Sloan Kettering's Comedy vs. Cancer event, Voices of September 11th, FealGood Foundation and the NYC Dear Santa Project among many other deserving organizations.

"Kreindler is a world class law firm. My experience with them in a World Trade Center case demonstrated a deep understanding of the process with a deep strategic sense of attaining a favorable result . . . These guys are not only top rated lawyers but also compassionate human beings.” ~ Jos Taylor |  September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Client
