Taylor Sandella joined Kreindler in 2023 following her time spent as a Judicial Law Clerk with the Superior Court of New Jersey. She is a highly accomplished and dedicated legal professional who has a strong commitment to public service. Taylor represents plaintiffs in personal injury and wrongful death cases.
Ms. Sandella received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School, where she was awarded the Prince Merit Scholarship as well as the Gold Public Service Award for over 1,000 hours of Pro Bono work. While at Brooklyn Law School, Taylor actively contributed to the Federal Bar Association as Vice President and was a founding member of the Brooklyn Entertainment and Sports Law Society Student Blog.
Taylor gained valuable legal experience through various roles, including as a Judicial Law Clerk at the Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Essex Vicinage, where she drafted judicial opinions, research memos, and mediated cases. Her work there involved reviewing and recommending decisions on a substantial number of motions.
Ms. Sandella’s role as Law Clerk at Kreindler & Kreindler LLP involved drafting legal briefs, preparing deposition summaries, and conducting comprehensive legal research. Taylor also contributed to the Veteran Advocacy Project Clinic, representing veterans and displaying a compassionate approach to clients dealing with trauma.
During an internship with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), Taylor negotiated and resolved fair housing cases, demonstrating strong negotiation skills.
Taylor’s entrepreneurial capabilities and legal acumen were evident as a Student Legal Clinician at the Brooklyn Law Incubator & Policy (BLIP) Clinic, where she set up a client’s company as a Delaware LLC and addressed legal issues related to data privacy and COVID-19 contact tracing.
