Overview

Raymond Orr joined Kreindler & Kreindler LLP in 2021 as a Senior Litigation Paralegal covering transportation law for personal injury and wrongful death cases. He currently serves as a Paralegal Manager, where he brings over 25 years of comprehensive experience in legal assistance, paralegal team leadership, and case management efficiency. Mr. Orr is a Notary Public [Commissioned Until 2028] in the State of New York.

Prior to joining Kreindler, Raymond was an accomplished paralegal working in several areas of law. Two of his more notable engagements were as a Maritime Paralegal and as a Senior Trial Paralegal. As a Maritime Paralegal, assisting the Commissioner of Pilots for the State of New York, he focused on cases within the law of salvage and limitations of liability. While supporting the maritime and reinsurance teams, he worked closely with lead counsel and won a difficult salvage claim case. As a Senior Trial Paralegal, Mr. Orr attended and directly assisted in trial, arbitration, and mediations. His research and exhibits were meticulous, thereby directly facilitating numerous positive case outcomes.

Mr. Orr received his Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from Tuskegee University, cum laude and his Master’s Degree in International Relations from St. John’s University with a certificate in International Law. He has a working knowledge of the French language and authored bilingual policy recommendations for the Council of Europe in Strasbourg, France while studying abroad in France.
