sons, and the pilot, Nathan Ulrich from Lee, NH.
Kreindler attorneys have handled several cases
involving the Mitsubishi MU2 aircraft. Notably, Kreindler partners Brian
Alexander and Frank Fleming successfully obtained settlements for the families
against most defendants, including the manufacturer of the aircraft following a
1996 Mitsubishi MU2 crash in Utah that killed several Coca-Cola Company and advertising
agency executives.
