Attorney Erin Applebaum Joins Kreindler & Kreindler

Kreindler & Kreindler is happy to announce that Erin Applebaum has joined the firm as an associate attorney in our New York office. Erin is recognized as one of the leading young aviation lawyers in the United States. She focuses on the representation of passengers who have been injured or killed during the course of commercial air travel. She has been selected to the New York Metro SuperLawyers list as a Rising Star in Aviation and Aerospace law for the past four years.

Erin is a 2010 graduate of Brooklyn Law School in New York and received her undergraduate degree in 2007 from the University of Miami in Coral Gables, Florida. She is admitted to the New York Bar and the U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. 

Erin is an active member of the American Association for Justice, the American Bar Association’s TIPS Aviation and Space Law Committee, and the New York City Bar Association’s Aeronautics Committee, where she serves as chair of the subcommittee on Commercial Aviation Casualty.
