Kreindler’s Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Cases
Kreindler has extensive experience representing victims of carbon monoxide exposure — both in the United States and abroad. We have achieved substantial confidential settlements for numerous American tourists who have died or suffered serious injuries due to carbon monoxide exposure in luxury resorts and hotels. Kreindler attorneys have also handled many residential carbon monoxide cases, including a high-profile claim involving a Fordham University professor and her boyfriend. After returning home from dinner, they inadvertently left their 2008 Lexus running in the garage. The vehicle’s keyless ignition system allowed the engine to continue running undetected, ultimately flooding their home with toxic gas. The professor suffered permanent injuries, and her partner died from carbon monoxide poisoning.
