Attorney Brian Alexander, veteran U.S. Army aviator, also serves on the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the ongoing litigation against Boeing Co. following the 2019 crash of the Boeing 737 Max in Ethiopia. For over two decades, he has litigated numerous international and domestic airline, commuter, military and general aviation crash cases, most notably as one of the lead attorneys for the September 11th Terrorist Litigation.
Attorney Justin Green, veteran U.S. Marine aviator, currently serves as the Co-Chair of the Plaintiffs’ Executive Committee for the ongoing litigation against Boeing Co. following the 2019 crash of the Boeing 737 Max in Ethiopia. Justin has served as a CNN Aviation Analyst and is featured in dozens of on-air TV news segments.
